Seller Verification Policy

Sellers may be asked to provide a business name, TIN number, business license document, license expiry date, and other supporting tax or registration details.

Exxabay admins review submitted seller information and may verify, reject, or request corrections before trust status is shown to buyers.

Verification documents are used for marketplace trust review and are not displayed as sensitive previews on public product pages.

Verified status can be removed if a seller provides false information, violates marketplace rules, or fails to maintain valid verification records.
