Click "Send via WhatsApp" the link goes directly to your customer with a pre-written Swahili message. Or send via SMS. The link shows your verified business name and the exact amount the customer needs to pay.

Customer pays, you receive funds instantly
Your customer pays from any mobile money number they choose M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa, or Mixx by Yas. You receive 100% of the agreed amount. The small Exxabay Go fee is paid by the customer on top.

Do I need to list a product to use Exxabay Go?
No. Exxabay Go requires only a customer phone number and an amount. No product listing, no photos, no category selection. It is designed entirely for off-platform and social media sales.
Can my customer pay from a different mobile number?
Yes. You enter your customer's WhatsApp number to send the link. But when the customer opens the link they can pay from any mobile money number they choose. They are not locked to the number you entered.
Who pays the Exxabay Go fee?
The customer pays the fee on top of the agreed amount. You always receive exactly the amount you entered when generating the link. The fee is shown transparently to the customer before they confirm payment.
Can the fee change after I generate a link?
No. The fee is permanently locked the moment you click generate. Even if Exxabay updates its fee structure in the future, that specific link will always show the fee that was calculated at the moment of generation.
How do I get access to Exxabay Go?
Exxabay Go is available inside your seller dashboard once your Exxabay verification is complete. If you have not yet been verified, apply as a seller on Exxabay first. The verification process takes up to 48 hours.
What is the difference between Exxabay Go and the marketplace?
The Exxabay Marketplace is where buyers discover your products through search and browse. Exxabay Go is for customers you find yourself on WhatsApp, Instagram, or anywhere you sell. On the marketplace, sellers pay a 10% commission. On Exxabay Go, customers pay Tsh 1,500 + 1% and sellers receive 100% of the agreed amount.
